1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided. This will contain your order number and details of your purchase(s). This email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received, it is not an acceptance by us of any offers to purchase.
Once you receive the order dispatch email this will act as confirmation that your item(s) have been sent. This is the point when we have agreed to a contract with you. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.
Due to the high demand and limited stock on launch days, Ju-Ju-Be may review orders with more than 5 pieces per model to give everybody a fair chance to get a product of their choice.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Everyone knows that at Ju-Ju-Be, we want to make sure that you are completely, totally and positively satisfied with your Shop Ju-Ju-Be purchase (i.e. you love your bag and you want to sleep with it next to your pillow at night). If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 14 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account for the cost of the bag. To return a bag please go to our RETURNS page.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unused with all packaging and all parts (changing pads, pushchair clips, mess shuttles, straps, etc.) included and with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included (example: I put my Ju-Ju-Be next to my pillow and I couldn’t sleep all night because I was too excited).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For a return, we’ll credit you the cost of the original bag minus the shipping.
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, you will only be responsible for the additional shipping charges (i.e. the shipping to get a new bag to you). We don’t charge a restocking fee (yes, we’re very nice).
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS.
NOTE: We do occasionally get a bag returned to us that’s been used or may be missing parts. Unfortunately we can’t take those bags back since we can’t find a happy home for them. We’ll contact you and find out what you want to do at that point…but it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping to get the bag back home, so please check your bag carefully before returning it.
ANOTHER NOTE: When shipping product back to Ju-Ju-Be, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. If you ship something back to us and it’s not trackable and it gets lost, then we just can’t be responsible. We’re busy enough with running our little business. We can’t run the post office too!

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ju-Ju-Be currently isn’t shipping internationally outside the EU besides Norway, and Switzerland. We have in the past and we will in the future, but right now we’re taking a break while we roll out a new website, new shopping cart, and a new warehouse team. Check back later for international shipping.
5. DUTIES, CUSTOMS and VAT
In the event that we start shipping outside EU, international orders are subject to duties, customs and value added taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
6. SALES TAX
We’re required by European law to calculate local Dutch sales tax into our products when shipping to customers of other European countries. The prices indicated on our website already include sales tax.
7. SHOPPING GUARANTEE

Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent Buckaroo. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.
NOTE: In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Safe Technology: Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Also, Ju-Ju-Be is a PCI compliant merchant. That means that any data is completely secured to the card issuers specifications and that you are completely protected.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
At Ju-Ju-Be we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, Sofortbanking, giropay and SEPA transfer.
Should you transfer directly, please note your order number in the subject. Your order will be send, once we received the payment.
Please note that it can take up to three days until your payment is proceeded. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your JU-JU-BE love leaves the warehouse.
How do I get my refund?
You had a bag with a little personality problem and had to return it? You have already spoken to us and decided to get a refund, instead of an online credit, this is how it works:
– If you have paid with a credit card or PayPal, we will refund you the exact same card you purchased from.
– If you paid via iDEAL or bank transfer, we will refund you back. Should this be the matter, please let us know right away which bank account we should refund to.
Your refund will be transferred within 14 working days.
